We at BeneMedical, LLC are committed to maintaining the privacy and security of our customers' personal information. Through this privacy statement, BeneMedical, LLC wants to assure you of our commitment to privacy and security. We take security very seriously and have built our systems to meet and exceed the strict security requirements of the Healthcare Services industry to ensure our users are protected. A combination of Federal guidelines and corporate policies ensures that all patient-related health and financial information is protected by the most stringent administrative, technical and physical safeguards.


If we collect information from or about you, we will tell you what information is being collected, how, by whom, and for what purposes.

Breach Notice

In the event of discovery of a breach of your protected health information, we will notify you in written form by first-class mail, or alternatively, by e-mail if you have agreed to receive such notices electronically. We will make such notification without unreasonable delay and in no case later than 60 days following the discovery of the breach and will include, to the extent possible, a description of the breach, a description of the types of information that were involved in the breach, the steps you should take to protect yourself from potential harm, a brief description of what we would be doing to investigate the breach, mitigate the harm, and prevent further breaches. We will also provide contact information you for our security team.


We will give you options about how the personal information that you provide us may be used. Before we use your personal information for any purpose, we will give you choices about whether or not to allow us to engage in that use. We will give you the opportunity to keep us from using or sharing the personal information that you have provided to us for purposes other than to fulfill your request. To exercise this choice, we will allow you to notify us of your preferences during the information collection process. If there are third parties that process BeneMedical, LLC data, we will require them to hold all personally-identifiable information confidential, and to use our customer information only for the purpose of fulfilling their business obligation. BeneMedical, LLC does not sell personally identifiable information to third party marketers.

We will employ industry recognized security safeguards to protect the personally identifiable information that you have provided to us from loss, misuse and unauthorized alteration. If you are required to transmit sensitive information (such as Social Security and/or credit information) to us through our Web site, we will provide you access to our secure server that allows encryption of your data as it is transmitted to us. We will protect personally identifiable information stored on the site's servers from unauthorized access using commercially available computer security products (e.g., firewalls), as well as carefully developed security procedures and practices.

User Security utilizes state-of-the-art cloud computing to securely distribute reports to physician clinics. The Company understands the importance of the confidentiality and protection of an individual’s Protected Health Information (PHI). The Company's data security is HIPAA compliant. No matter what access method (web browser, mapped drive, FTP, mobile apps), all users must go through the authentication process before accessing their files. We will require every user to enter their domain name, user name, and password. Data collection is in strict accordance with Federal Laws and HIPAA Regulations. Under HIPAA, BeneMedical, LLC is classified as a business associate, which is defined as an individual or corporate "person" that is not a member of the covered entity's workforce and performs (on behalf of the covered entity, i.e. the practice) any function or activity involving the use or disclosure of protected health information (PHI). BeneMedical, LLC complies with all HIPAA standards under the federal Privacy and Security Rules.


You will have the opportunity to update your personal information that you have provided to us. We will also take steps to make sure that any updates that are provided are processed in a timely and complete manner. If we collect personal information through our sites, we will maintain the information and allow you to update it at any time. We will continue to work on better methods of accessing your information to increase your access to it for update purposes.
